The Sweet and Sour Passion Fruit

Fitness Passion Fruit Mousse (3 Ingredients)

Simple, light and delicious — made with the essentials.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp (natural or frozen)

  • 1 pot (170g) of whole or skimmed natural yogurt

  • 4 tablespoons skim milk powder

Sweetener (optional): I promise you you don't need it.

  • Honey , xylitol , erythritol or whatever you prefer, to taste

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, blend the passion fruit pulp, yogurt and powdered milk until a smooth cream forms.

  2. Taste and, if you like, sweeten with whatever you prefer.

  3. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to firm up.

  4. Serve chilled. Garnish with passion fruit seeds or mint, if desired.

Simple as that.
