In recent years, social media has begun to promote health and well-being more than ever. People wake up at 4 a.m. to pray, read, and practice yoga — then they work, study, train, eat perfectly, and somehow still find time for everything else.
But to what extent is this sustainable? And, more importantly: does it actually work for you?
There is nothing wrong with waking up early, going to the gym every day, or having a highly structured routine. For some people, sleeping and waking up earlier can contribute to better sleep and a more aligned circadian rhythm.
But a healthy lifestyle shouldn't be about performance. It should be about consistency with yourself.

A truly unstoppable lifestyle can be much simpler: choosing better food within your routine, putting your phone aside when you are with the people you love, investing in your career, being honest with yourself, setting boundaries, visiting new places and meeting new people — and knowing when you simply need to rest.
It doesn't have to be perfect. Some days will be harder. You will get tired. You won't always be productive. And on other days, you will be able to do much more. That is life.
The goal is not to create a lifestyle that looks impressive. It is to create one that fits your reality and allows you to keep moving forward.
Maybe you should post less and do more. Not for others. For yourself.
