Organization - part 1

In a conversation about organization, Victória (nutritionist) said something very important that goes beyond tidying up drawers and cabinets.

Studying behavior, she said that people can't get organized due to a lack of objectives. Everyone wants to, but the path to making it happen gets lost in a lack of focus.

Continuing our topic, year after year, people stay in the same place, disorganized, lost; searching for something and not even knowing what. This viewpoint is interesting; focus directs, it makes life move forward.

They say that: Your home is a reflection of your mind. If your home is messy, your mind is too. If we think about it, the home truly is an extension of those who live in it.

For those who believe, there's a movement called Feng Shui, which brings the concept that we need to move the energy in the house, as stagnant, unused items bring stagnation.

The toxins in the house are:

-Clothes and objects you don't use;

-Cracked or broken things;

-Old papers, useless receipts;

-Dead or sick plants;

-Old newspapers and magazines;

-Expired medicines, old socks, damaged shoes;

and so on, you get the idea, right?

Believing it or not, it's worth making space to receive the new, whether it's for clothes, objects, new job opportunities…

With this, we naturally organize our minds and set goals.

And there's no point in wanting to fly if you haven't yet learned to take the first steps. Trying to live the new is a daily exercise. Remember: small steps lead to big changes.

Organize your drawers and be happy. :)
