🇧🇷 - "There are no restrictions for a female body."

This is the way I chose for myself. “In a world where women have real choices, the choices we make about our appearance will ultimately be considered for what they really are: no big deal.” (Naomi Wolf, In The Beauty Myth)

There is a big difference in questioning yourself and being questioned. What you do with your body is different from what they want your body to do. Our form, whether physical or behavioral, says a lot about what we believe, about how we live. It talks a lot about our history, step by step, the difficulties and achievements, there are stamps on it, which mark where we came from, and how far we want to go. Our body is a 'record notebook' and each scar, stain, mark is a sign, which only those who live are capable of identifying.

Judging the aesthetics of a body is an affront, it is subjugating the capacity for individual choices. We know that the female body is sometimes represented by an aspect of sexuality, which goes far beyond the functional capacity it can exercise. The human being is the image and likeness of what he practices, his habits and choices. In sport, when the greatest desire and objective is to perform, a body that resists difficulties must be strong, powerful, agile, fast, and the construction of these capabilities models and builds a 'brutally relentless' body.

And the beauty that this same body represents goes far beyond symmetrical shapes, the symmetry it possesses will be much more linked to what it needs to face. Broad shoulders and back, a 'square' waist, a 'muscular' leg... these are images of what you need to reach and surpass the limits of your own choices. And for many this may not be sexually attractive and therefore continually stigmatized as a 'masculinized' body.

Sport is one of the greatest representatives of a body's capabilities, and the image it should represent is of the often 'superhuman' ability it acquires. More than promoting social expectations, the body represents achievements and directed commitment throughout the life process. There are no restrictions for a female body.

🇺🇸 - There Are No Restrictions For a Female Body.

This is the way I chose for myself. “In a world where women have real choices, the choices we make about how we look will ultimately be considered for what they really are: no big deal.” (Naomi Wolf, In The Beauty Myth)

There is a big difference in questioning yourself and being questioned. What you do with your body is different from what you want your body to do. Our form, whether physical or behavioral, says a lot about what we believe, about how we live. Our body talks a lot about our story, step by step, the difficulties and conquests, in it there are stamps, which mark where we came from, and how far we want to go. Our body is a 'book of records' and each scar, stain, mark is a sign, which possibly only those who live are able to identify.

And for many this may not be sexually attractive and therefore continually stigmatized as a 'masculine' body.

🇪🇸 - "No Hay Restrictions Para Un Body Femenino."

This is the path I chose for myself. “In a world where women have real options, the decisions we make about how we see ourselves will ultimately be considered for what they really are: it’s not a big deal.” (Naomi Wolf, In the myth of beauty)

There is a big difference between questioning oneself and being questioned. What you do with your body is different from what you want your body to do. Our way, whether physical or behavioral, says a lot about what we believe, about how we live. Talk about a lot of our history, step by step, the difficulties and achievements, and there are seals, which mark where we come from, and where we want to get to. Our body is a 'book of records' and every scar, stain, mark is a sign, which, possibly, only those who live are able to identify.

Judging the aesthetics of a body is a challenge, it is undermining the capacity for individual choice. We know that the female body is sometimes represented by an aspect of sexuality, which varies much more than its functional capacity. The human being is the image and semblance of what he practices, his habits and choices. In sport, when the greatest hope, the objective is to surrender, a body that resists the difficulties must be strong, powerful, agile, fast, and in the construction of these capabilities, model, build a 'brutally implacable' body.

And the beauty that represents this same body is much more than symmetrical shapes, the symmetry that it has will be much more linked to what it needs to confront. Wide shoulders and back, a 'square' waist, a 'muscular' leg... these are images of what you need to reach and overcome the limits of your own choices. And for many, they may not be sexually attractive and, therefore, are continually stigmatized as a 'masculine' body.
