         What is your INTENTION?

Starting a new life project requires a few steps, one of the main ones is the intention, 'what do I want with this'? later on, make it happen! However, the path in the process of creation and practice, goes through some phases, and in general, the human being is an immediate being. So how to keep constant in this project?

 We talk about intention, which we can also call meaning, an action only makes 'sense, if it makes sense', we only perceive what we need, when we move, only then do we perceive what 'holds us' and in this way we learn to let go.

Starting a new physical activity, follows all these precepts mentioned above. 'On Monday I'll start going to the gym', this is perhaps one of the most cited projects in a lifestyle. We know that to be constant and consistent in any activity, it needs to provide some pleasure, which may be related to health promotion (physiological and mental), the pursuit of a 'physical shape', performance, hobbies, among others.

When we find a way to move (bodybuilding gym, CrossFit, dance, yoga, climbing, swimming, running, the list goes beyond what we can imagine), that meets our needs and goals, the level of commitment equals the level of motivation and commitment that we present. Finding the 'ideal measure' for you will be possible from the moment you decide to try, be constantly varied, testing unknown, combined and challenging activities, all this according to your ability, which can evolve every day of practice.
