Are you the type of person who weighs yourself every day, morning and night, and doesn't understand why your weight varies so much? So stay here to find out why this happens!

When you weigh yourself, the scale does not differentiate the weight of muscles, fat and water in your body. This weight variation can occur for several reasons:

  • Your intestines are not functioning normally, you are constipated;
  • You have fluid retention, that is, you are dehydrated, overindulged in salt, sweets, or drank alcohol;
  • You are in the menstrual phase;
  • Different times for measuring weight. Weight from morning to night can vary by up to 1.5kg;
  • You are sedentary and sit for a long time.

So don't despair when the scale goes up. Calm!!!

(Image demonstrating bioimpedance. Through bioimpedance it is possible to identify the weight of water, muscle, fat, and in the case of minerals, bone. However, on a common scale, that's not possible,
so be careful when weighing yourself.)

Nurture tips:

  • Don't weigh yourself every day, this can generate frustration and discourage you!
  • Know that sometimes a CHANGE in weight does not mean that you have gained weight, and at the same time a REDUCTION in weight does not mean that you have lost weight.

Consult a nurturer to always help you!!!

Are you the type of person who weighs himself every day, morning and night, and doesn't understand why his weight varies so much? So come here to find out why this happens!

When you weigh yourself, the scale does not differentiate between the weight of your muscles, the fat and the water of your body. This weight variation can occur for several reasons:

  • Your intestines don't function normally, you're tight;
  • You have fluid retention, in other words, you are dehydrated, you have eaten salt, sweets, or drunk alcohol;
  • You are in the menstrual phase;
  • Different times for weight measurement. The weight from morning to night can vary by up to 1.5 kg;
  • You are sedentary and spend a lot of time sitting.

So don't despair when you climb the scale. Quiet!!!

(Bioimpedance demonstration image. Using bioimpedance it is possible to identify the weight of water, muscles, fat, and in the case of minerals = hue. However, in the common weighbridge this is not possible,
so be careful in spite of yourself).

Nurture Tips:

  • Don't weigh yourself down every day, you can generate frustration and get discouraged!
  • Sometimes weight change doesn't mean you've gained weight, and sometimes a weight reduction doesn't mean you've lost weight.
