Introducing myself

🇺🇸 - Hello guys, I am Danielle and I am forty-six years old. I would like to share my experience about life, body, and soul with you.

Since my childhood, I grew up doing classical ballet, swimming, playing piano, and much more everyday. I've never had a day without doing anything. This is good, but in the other hand, I may be too harsh on myself sometimes. So, this week I told my daughter: “when I move my body, eat more fruits, my energy goes up. i can't stop.

This is a time where I am learning a lot with life.

I am actually learning so much, that I've been getting to learn about balance. Now to me, balance is about looking at myself in the mirror and saying to myself “I love how you are getting older”. To me getting older is about what I do to myself and what I put in my body. Getting older is about perspective. I get older by eating well, practicing exercises, and yes, taking vitamins.

That's good, but on the other hand, I can be very hard on myself sometimes. So, this week I told my daughter: “when I move my body, eat more fruit, my energy goes up. "I can not stop". This is a time when I am learning a lot about life.

In fact, I'm learning so much, I've been learning about balance. Now, for me, balance is looking at myself in the mirror and saying, “I love how you’re aging.” For me, getting older is about what I do for myself and what I put into my body. Aging is a matter of opinion. I age by eating well, exercising and, yes, taking vitamins.
